These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of ah365 regardless of the device or access method used. They govern every aspect of your relationship with the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, sports betting, casino gameplay, and all customer support interactions. The English version of these terms shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation.

1. Eligibility

To open and maintain an ah365 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ah365 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy with no exceptions. Age verification documents may be requested at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage user will be permanently closed with balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf, for your own personal use only. Registrations made on behalf of a corporation, trust, or any other legal entity are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ah365 is lawful in your location.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held at the time.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from ah365, or had an account closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, and attempted to re-register without prior written consent from ah365.

ah365 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to supply requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ah365. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are strictly prohibited. Where ah365 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances or bonus winnings within them may be forfeited without notice.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. To protect your account you must:

• Keep your password strictly confidential and never share it with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online account or service.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Contact ah365 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Account Verification (KYC)

ah365 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to protect players and maintain platform integrity. You may be required to provide government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of your payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ah365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through payment methods available in your account cashier. ah365 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. ah365 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed a specified threshold, as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ah365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, including those held by family members.
• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are typically credited to your ah365 balance within 30 seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.
• ah365 does not charge fees for deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees in accordance with its own terms; ah365 has no control over third-party fees.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise confirmed by ah365 support. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ah365 will not approve any withdrawal until identity verification is complete. Pending withdrawals may be held during the verification process.
• Active wagering requirements attached to any bonus must be fully completed before funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that are not subject to a wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC and minimum withdrawal rules.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ah365 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All offers are subject to specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply unless the individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to the stated rollover / wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• Each player may claim each promotional offer only once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Using multiple accounts or payment methods to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• ah365 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are actively being wagered through at the time of the change.
• Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions may not be claimed by existing players who have closed and re-registered an account, or who have previously received the same offer under a different account.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on ah365. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets placed and accepted on ah365 are final once confirmed by the system. No bet may be cancelled or modified by the player after confirmation. ah365 reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error, technical malfunction, or suspected fraud.
• In the event of any discrepancy between displayed odds at the time of bet placement and the correct odds, ah365 reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds. This applies to all sports markets including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other available sports.
• Casino game outcomes for RNG-based games (slots, roulette, blackjack, and similar titles) are determined by certified random number generation systems. ah365 does not manipulate game outcomes. Live casino games use real dealers operating in real time and are subject to the rules of each individual game as displayed on screen.
• ah365 accepts no liability for interruptions to play caused by your internet connection, your device, or network conditions outside ah365's control. If a game session disconnects mid-round, the system will complete the round according to the game's rules and the outcome will be treated as final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ah365. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud of any kind, including use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, bonus abuse through coordinated multi-account schemes, or colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, claim bonuses, or exploit any feature of the ah365 platform.
• Money laundering or using ah365 as a vehicle to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your ah365 account for any purpose, including betting, withdrawals, or account management.
• Registering more than one account, or circumventing a self-exclusion or account closure by registering a new account without prior written authorisation from ah365.

ah365 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited activity. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account action without prior warning. ah365's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final and binding.

ah365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or submission of false registration information.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes.
• ah365's assessment that continued operation of the account poses a risk to platform integrity, player fund security, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ah365 platform — including website design, layout, graphics, text, software, licensed game content, logos, trademarks, and service names — is the property of ah365 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any part of the platform content without the prior written consent of ah365. Your right to use the platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence that terminates automatically when your account is closed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah365 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the platform. Without limitation:

• ah365 is not liable for financial losses incurred through gambling activity. Gambling involves risk and players acknowledge they may lose all funds deposited.
• ah365 is not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from platform downtime, technical malfunction, or service interruption, whether or not foreseeable.
• Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ah365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may access the Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the site footer.

12. Amendments

ah365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — ah365 will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect, delivered by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ah365 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using ah365 and may close your account.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international law as it applies to the offshore operation of online gaming platforms. Any dispute arising from use of ah365 that cannot be resolved through customer support should be submitted in writing to ah365 via the official support email. ah365 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable time. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents a player from seeking relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection law applies.
